Philippine Government Support: In most Quantum projects inside the Philippines, months are already spent securing government support and approval of our own projects. Much of this was created initially by our counter terrorism and military training programs, and advanced with this police force personal computers to the Department of Justice. Thus led to the approval and support of our own military & government housing projects, along with the proposal to the first Quantum ICS Plant the Pacific Rim.

Philippine Government Financial Support & Guarantees: In many ways, the Quantum Philippine Projects would be the most financially secured internationally.  By limiting our projects to people projects desperately required by the government, Quantum can secure full bank SBLCs covering 25-40% percent of most individuals proposed projects. These bankruptcies are not only Government guarantees, but you are also in the form of straight SBLCs issued directly to Quantum so that you can secure favorable funding.
